Added extras like heated towel rails and beautiful views as you shower are just  one of the many surprises you'll find at Rooibos House.  The suites are heated for your convenience in the chilly winter months and a fireplace warms the beautiful open plan lounge and dining area.

A separate cosy lounge off the main lounge is equipped with a television for those wishing to watch their favourite soapie or perhaps wishing to escape to a reading corner for a quiet moment.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering with every modern convenience you will require for a carefree holiday including a walk in cupboard for your provisions.  Food preparation is a breeze in the spacious and well laid out kitchen and dining area.

Rates & Booking Conditions

• Only available May to December.
• MINIMUM STAY: Christmas and New Year 7 nights / Other 4 - 5 nights
• Rates: R3500.00 per day (May to Nov) - R3700.00 (Dec)

• Rate includes VAT at 14%.

Terms and Conditions

• Rates are subject to change without prior written notice.
• Proof of payment of a 50% deposit secures booking.
• Proof of balance of payment required 2 weeks prior to arrival.
• Bookings within 2 weeks of arrival to pay in full to secure booking.

Cancellation Policy

• Less than two weeks’ notice – NO REFUND
• 2 – 4 weeks’ notice – 50% deposit refundable
• 4 weeks or more notice – 25% deposit refundable

• All linen, pillows, duvets, blankets and towels are provided.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery, cutlery, cooking equipment and kitchen utensils.
• Appliances include dishwasher, microwave, 2 fridge-freezers and automatic washing machine.
• Swimming towels are available. Toilet paper is provided.
• Cleaning equipment and tea towels are provided.
• Laundry facilities are available.
• Basic country kitchen food supplies are available on request.
• Firewood is provided for the fireplace.
• Each bedroom is equipped with a panel heater and ceiling fan.
• BBQ / Braai facilities are available.
• Braai-wood is available for sale.
• Pets are not allowed.

Arrival and Departure

• Check-in time is from 14H00. Please advise management of your expected time of arrival.
• Check-out time is at 11H00. Arrangements for a late check-out can be made with management in advance.
